• I.    Call Meeting to order 0900
• II.  Introduction of Hosting Agency Command
•   a.       Introduction of all Members and guest present.
• III. Board Review of attended conferences: 
•   a.       STING Conference 
•   b.    NAGIA Conference
•   C.    ILGIA Conference
• IV. Possible one day training with outside presenters at UCCS
•  a. Possible dates are holding it in October or November.  although all is still in the planning stages.

• IV.  Secretary’s meeting minutes from June-August Sting Meetings 2019
•  a.      Reviewed and Affirmation Vote required by members present
•  b.    Copy of STING’s June-August 2019 minutes given to each member in  attendance.
•  c.    Formal Announcement of and Open Voting to all general membership for new board position: Sergeant at Arms

• C.    Current Balances of Raffle/merchandise sales/funds

• a.      Possible locations: Board is gathering estimates from three different areas along front range.
•  b.  Open discussion for possible presenters and topics general membership would like the board to bring to the 2020 Conference.
